Returns

We operate a 30 day returns policy on most* items purchased. When returning your item, please include a copy of your invoice and your reason for returning. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return postage costs and we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. 

*Non-Refundable items-

- Plasters/ renders with hair or natural fibres added. These are perishable goods as the wet lime dissolves the hair and fibres. As such these are made to order.

- Dry bagged hydraulic lime products. We can not garrantee how these have been stored and as such would not be able to resell them. 

- Tinted paints. These are made to order.

All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 

Faulty Goods
Before returning any item, please call or email us if you believe you have recieved any goods that are faulty. We want to resolve any problem quickly and so that you are satisfied and would like to discuss the options with you. ie refund, replacement, partial refund with the goods kept etc. We can also arrange the collection if applicable. 
 

Cancellation
Any orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund and no penalty charges. Please call us on 01794 884294 to cancel your order as an email may not be read before dispatch. If an order has been dispatched then the delivery charge may still apply. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
