When will My Order Be Delivered?
We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. Please let us know if you need your order urgently and we will try to accomodate this. If your order weighs under 75kg it will be sent via the post or by our couriers APC on an overnight service. Our pallet deliveries will be sent on a standard 2-3 day service. Sometimes orders can require the product to be ordered in or manufactured which can extend delivery times. You will be emailed when your order has been dispatched. If you leave a mobile number you will receive text messages from the courier or pallet company. You will not receive any text updates if your item has gone via the post.

Next day?
We know sometimes items are needed asap. We can often send items out on a next working day service. Please call us on 01794 884294 and we will let you know the additional charge and if we are able to accommodate your request. We can not guarantee next day deliveries.

Please do not arrange tradesmen before you have received your ordered materials as we can not be held responsible for any costs incurred through delays in your order getting to you. If your order is not delivered on the next working day and is delayed within the courier system, we are only able to refund the surcharge portion of the delivery charge. If the order is no longer required because it hadn't arrived the next day, a delivery charge the same as the original will be payable to return the goods to us.

How Much Will My Delivery Cost?
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the checkout and charges are worked out by weight. Orders over a tonne are worked out by adding to the tonne price. eg an order weighing 1.2 tonnes will cost  £150.00 (full pallet £85 + quarter pallet £65). If you are ordering several pallets we may be able to discount the delivery cost - please call if you are ordering several pallets at once.

How will My Order Be Delivered?

Parcels delivery Smaller items and individual tubs/bags of plaster are sent by APC.

Pallet delivery We may send anything 75kg or above on a pallet service. Please ensure there is adequate access to your premises. The pallet will be able to be taken off the lorry via a tail lift and a moved with a manual pallet truck. The ground will need to be hard-standing and fairly level. This means we are unable to deliver over a gravel driveway etc and the pallet will be left at the drivers discretion nearest to the delivery address . Please also be aware that bulk bags are delivered through the pallet network are without a crane offload.

We want to have every delivery go seamlessly and have now added text updates for pallets giving you a 2hr eta window. However  If the courier is unable to deliver due to no-one being available or site restrictions, there will be a re delivery charge applicable. This is the same cost as a new delivery.

Local crane delivery
We offer our own local delivery of mortars/plasters for up to 2 tonnes. We can also arrange local delivery for bulk deliveries via crane offload for up to 9 tonnes - please call for pricing and availibility.

What happens if my delivery is damaged or delayed?
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  However, we cannot be held responsible if damage occurs. If your package has arrived in a damaged condition through the fault of poor handling by the couriers you must sign that it is damaged and refuse it if you do not want the items. Or sign that it is damaged or missing items but you still want the items. We will then be able to send a replacement or offer a partial refund. We need to know via phone or email within 24 hours  if there has been a problem with your order.

If you feel there has been a delay with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible on 01794 884294. We'll track your delivery.

Re-delivery Charges
If the pallet delivery company is unable to deliver for to the delivery address, a re-delivery charge will have to be paid before re-delivery can be made. Re-delivery charges are usually the same as the initial delivery charge. Common problems that cause a failed delivery include - no person available to sign for the delivery, site restrictions for a truck similar to the picture above, uneven ground for the pallet truck and an incorrect postcode. Please check the automated order confirmation email that all details are correct and alert us immediately. If the pallet has already been sent out from the delivery depot prior to us being informed of any incorrect delivery address information a re-delivery charge may still apply.

Deliveries will usually be re-delivered on the next working day.
