There is a minimum order of 10 boards for delivery as they need to be sent out via a pallet service. Any number can be collected in store.

Why use Savolit Plus Woodwool Boards

Savolit Plus woodwool boards consist of long strong wood fibres, stabilised by chemical impregnation and bound by mineral-binding agent into a compact coherent structure. They are an ideal board for lime plasters. Their open structure ensures a great key and also allows a high level of permeability.The mineralisation process strongly increases the fire resistance of wood wool. The composition and performance of the boards make them ideal for many different applications in building constructions.

As a result of Plus panels composition, tests have shown that they are unaffected by moisture and frost.

Produced in accordance to standard EN 13168 and are CE marked.

Savolit Plus timber comes from forests certified PEFC that are sustainably managed.

We hold two sizes in store:

15mm x 1200mm x 600mm (generally for internal walls) or

25mm x 1200mm x 600mm (for external walls or ceilings)

Longer 2400mm boards in full pallet quantities are availible, delivered direct to site if offloading facilities are availible. Please call for more details and a quotation.

How to install Savolit Plus Woodwool Boards

SAVOLIT PLUS woodwool boards are installed in a broken bond pattern and fastened to timber structures with timber screws and SAVOLIT WASHERS to stop the screw pulling through the board. We have found you will need approximately 8-10 washers per board.
